Deepening our Hendrickson Method – Lower Extremities (2 days)

This 2 day workshop is open to any Hendrickson Method Practitioner and those who have completed an Introduction to the Hendrickson Method.

Over the next 2 days we will spend time reviewing both Level 1 and Level 2 Soft Tissue mobilizations for the Foot, Ankle, Knee and Hip.

The main aims of the course are:

1. Exploring the depth of our touch enquiring about our intention;
2. Reviewing how we access the Level 2 soft tissue immobilization;
3. Deepening our understanding of the anatomy of the lower extremities;
4. Practicing keeping the wave mobilisation® at an even, meaningful pace.
